This team member is responsible for assisting in the development and delivery of, as well as tracking customers’ progress on knowledge competencies and certifications regarding HVAC and plumbing application and services solutions, including products and system designs.\nThis position has no supervisory responsibilities.\nThis position reports to the Sr. Manager, Training & Aftermarket Services. This role is onsite and is based in Blauvelt, NY.\nPrimary Job Duties and Responsibilities\nFocuses on the creation, development, deployment, and execution of a best-in-class corporate training strategy.\nEffectively presents highly technical information through a variety of vehicles, including classroom training delivery, webinars, videos, and web-based training modules.\nContributes to the process of designing curriculum by identifying and describing information needs in the following areas:\noperation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements.\ncorrect application of products/service.\nfollowing manufacturer’s best practices instructions.\ntroubleshooting malfunctions.\nIdentifying customer solutions.\nProvides expertise and guidance to customers, service technicians, contractors, and internal personnel on the establishment of training priorities for both long term and short- term objectives in addition to delivering sales training and collaborating with multiple stakeholders (internal & external) to ensure the highest level of technical value proposition proficiency to the field.\nResponsible for communicating business related issues or opportunities to next management level.\nAssume responsibility for other projects and duties as assigned by Sr. Manager, Training & Aftermarket Services.\nResponsibility directly tied to Watts Value (Integrity, Accountability, Continuous Improvement, Transparency)\nTravel Requirements: 25%\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor’s Degree in technical field/concentration.\n5+ years designing and delivering training in a business setting.\nExpertise in MS PowerPoint. You may, at times, be required to be present on the manufacturing floor and will be required to wear the appropriate personal protective equipment. You will be required to work in the office at the Blauvelt, NY location (Monday - Friday).
