Watts is a leading brand with a quality reputation - and we have a dynamic future ahead.\nScope of Position\nThis process-driven individual will be responsible for executing purchase orders generated by the MRP system and ensuring the accuracy of planning signals that drive replenishment. A strong understanding of master data and planning parameters-such as lead times, order quantities, and safety stock is critical to your success in this role. You will monitor MRP exceptions daily, follow up on supply issues, and validate that procurement activity aligns with system logic and real-world supplier performance.\nThis position reports to the Sr. Manager, MRP Buying. This role is hybrid and is based in North Andover, MA.\nPrimary Job Duties and Responsibilities\nExecute MRP-Driven procurement by reviewing and acting on MRP-generated purchase recommendations, ensuring on-time replenishment of components and finished goods and monitoring MRP exception messages\n\nOwn Planning Parameter Accuracy, including auditing and updating master-data regularly\n\nMaintain data and system integrity and resolve misses generating cost, cash or service impact\n\nConduct root cause analysis for service misses and recommend corrective actions\n\nPrioritize actions that improve service and deliver the “Right Product, Right Time” experience for customers\n\nCommunicate effectively with internal stakeholders to ensure transparency and alignment across the supply chain\n\nAssume responsibility for other projects and duties as assigned by the Sr. Manager, MRP Buying or Company management\n\nContribute to continuous improvement initiatives in planning workflows, data governance, and system usability\n\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree in the field of operations or supply chain or similar field.\n\nMinimum of 2 years of relevant work experience.\n\nProficiency with MRP and DRP.\n\nUnderstanding of S&OP process.\n\nDevelop creative solutions to complex problems.\n\nClearly communicate results of analysis in verbal and written formats.\n\nAbility to use PowerBI and Office software.\n\nUnderstanding of and adherence to applicable laws, codes, policies, regulations, and safety practices and procedures, as applicable.\n\nMust successfully establish employment eligibility and satisfactorily complete background checks, and required pre-employment testing as a condition of employment.\n\nPreferred Qualifications\nCertification from APICS (CPIM or CSCP)\n\nGeneral Applicable Company Competencies\nCommitment to Watts’ values of integrity, accountability, continuous improvement and innovation, and transparency.\n\nPunctuality and dependability.\n\nAbility to be flexible and adapt to changing work priorities and stressful conditions.\n\nAdherence to all personnel policies, procedures, and standards of process as implemented by Watts.\n\nMaintain productive and collaborative relationships with other Watts employees.\n\nAdherence to Watts’ seven cultural beliefs: Growth Mindset, Customer-Focused Innovation, Constant Communication, Clear Goals, Collaborate Globally, Be Inclusive, and Take Action.\n\nWorking Conditions\nWhile performing the job duties, you will be working in an office environment. You will be required to work in the office at the North Andover, MA location three days per week (Monday - Wednesday) and can work remotely two days per week (Thursday and Friday).\nPhysical Requirements: Specific physical abilities required for this position include, but are not limited to:\nAbility to remain seated at a desk or workstation for extended periods.\n\nAbility to perform repetitive tasks like typing on a keyboard or using a mouse for extended periods.\n\nAbility to physically move around the office, organize or transport files, packages, or other office-related materials.\n\nAbility to read documents, use a computer, and perform data entry tasks.\n\nAbility to communicate clearly with management and coworkers, particularly in meetings or phone calls.\n\nAbility to operate standard office equipment such as computers, printers, phones, and copiers.\n\nAbility to occasionally lift and carry light objects, such as office supplies, documents, or small equipment.\n\nPay Range\nThe expected salary range for this position is $74,000 - $83,000 yearly.
