Watts is a leading brand with a quality reputation - and we have a dynamic future ahead.\nScope of Position\nThis highly motivated, detail orientated individual, as part of the production planning department, will be responsible for managing the closure of manufacturing jobs, supporting inventory accuracy, auditing part setup and warehouse bin location integrity within the ERP system. This role works closely with Production, Purchasing, Engineering, and Warehouse teams to ensure parts are properly configured and stored, enabling efficient production and material flow.\nThis position reports to the Production Planning supervisor.\nPrimary Job Duties and Responsibilities\nOversee the timely and accurate closing of production jobs in the ERP system\nEnsure all job documentation and transactions are complete, accurate and compliant with job standards.\nCollaborate with production, planning and finance teams to resolve job discrepancies.\nInvestigate and reconcile inventory variances in coordination with warehouse and procurement teams.\nSupport cycle counting and continuous improvement initiatives related to inventory control.\nPartner with Purchasing and Engineering to ensure new and existing parts are correctly set up in the ERP system.\nWork with Stockroom and Production personnel to verify that parts are assigned to correct bin locations in the ERP system and physically stored accordingly.\nMonitor and maintain data integrity for part records and bin locations to support accurate material transactions and traceability.\nSupport process improvement initiatives and lean manufacturing practices.\nAssume responsibility for other projects and duties as assigned by Production Planning Supervisor or Company management.\nTravel Requirements: Required Qualifications\n2+ years of experience in a production coordination or manufacturing support role.\nStrong understanding of ERP systems and inventory management principles.\nExcellent attention to detail, organizational, and communication skills.\nProficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools.\nAbility to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.\nFamiliarity with lean manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies.\nUnderstanding of part lifecycle management and BOM structures.\nKnowledge of warehouse operations and material handling best practices.\nUnderstanding of and adherence to applicable laws, codes, policies, regulations, and safety practices and procedures, as applicable.\nMust successfully establish employment eligibility and satisfactorily complete background checks and required pre-employment testing as a condition of employment.\nPreferred Qualifications\nAssociate’s or bachelor’s degree in business, manufacturing, or related field\nGeneral Applicable Company Competencies \nCommitment to Watts’ values of integrity, accountability, continuous improvement and innovation, and transparency.\nPunctuality and dependability.\nAbility to be flexible and adapt to changing work priorities and stressful conditions.\nAdherence to all personnel policies, procedures, and standards of process as implemented by Watts.\nMaintain productive and collaborative relationships with other Watts employees.\nAdherence to Watts’ seven cultural beliefs: Growth Mindset, Customer-Focused Innovation, Constant Communication, Clear Goals, Collaborate Globally, Be Inclusive, and Take Action.\nWorking Conditions:\nWhile performing the job duties, you will be working on-site at a manufacturing facility and will perform a portion of your duties in an office environment. You will also, at times, be required to be present on the manufacturing floor and will be required to wear the appropriate personal protective equipment. You will be required to work in the office at the Watts, Fort Worth (Monday - Friday).
