Watts is a leading brand with a quality reputation - and we have a dynamic future ahead.\nScope of Position\nThis action-oriented individual will provide the delivery of parts to the production floor in a Just-In-Time (JIT) manner utilizing the Plan For Every Part (PFEP) process. This position is also responsible for production generated inventory transactions and maintaining inventory accuracy through the cycle count process.\nThis position is on site at our Franklin NH facility.\nPrimary Job Duties and Responsibilities\nDelivery of parts to the production floor:\nPoint-of-Use (Delivery)\n\nCell Locations (Stocking)\n\nCutting and displaying cartons/boxes/bins for direct production use\n\nRemoval of empty bins and dunnage\n\nResponsible for the Kanban Cards and Process in designated areas\n\nUtilize the PFEP of items delivered to the production floor\n\nPerform and audit production transactions (SFDC) and all cycle counts in designated areas\n\nProficient in scale operations providing piece counts and audits\n\nAccountable for inventory accuracy of parts received from production and all materials warehouse locations\n\nResponsible to use First-In-First-Out (FIFO) material handling\n\nSubstitute for shipping/receiving in the materials department\n\nPerform work on the line to fill in when needed\n\nMust demonstrate flexibility based on changing department requirements (overtime, shift coverage, etc.)\n\nPerform routine housekeeping to ensure area operates within parameters that conform to environmental and safety standards\n\nWear all required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and abide by safety rules\n\nMust report any job-related injury and/or illness immediately to your direct supervisor\n\nMust maintain attendance and punctuality standards as established by company\n\nAssume responsibility for other projects and duties as assigned by the Production Supervisor or Company management.\n\nRequired Qualifications\nHigh School Diploma or GED.\n\n1+ years of experience in inventory control or process flow manufacturing environment\n\nProficient in use of computer and data-based systems preferred\n\nMust be able to obtain a tow motor license and operate all tow motors within the plant\n\nProficient in math skills and scale operations.\n\nUnderstanding of and adherence to applicable laws, codes, policies, regulations, and safety practices and procedures, as applicable.\n\nMust successfully establish employment eligibility and satisfactorily complete background checks, and required pre-employment testing as a condition of employment.\n\nGeneral Applicable Company Competencies\nCommitment to Watts’ values of integrity, accountability, continuous improvement and innovation, and transparency.\n\nPunctuality and dependability.\n\nAbility to be flexible and adapt to changing work priorities and stressful conditions.\n\nAdherence to all personnel policies, procedures, and standards of process as implemented by Watts.\n\nMaintain productive and collaborative relationships with other Watts employees.\n\nAdherence to Watts’ seven cultural beliefs: Growth Mindset, Customer-Focused Innovation, Constant Communication, Clear Goals, Collaborate Globally, Be Inclusive, and Take Action.\n\nWorking Conditions\nWhile performing the job duties, you will be working on-site in a manufacturing facility. You will be required to work at the Company’s Franklin location in New Hampshire.
