as a trusted HRBP to the China and SEA Commercial teams, deeply understanding business needs and providing tailored HR solutions.\nPartner with business leaders on organizational design, talent review, team engagement and succession planning to enhance team effectiveness.\nManage employee relations matters, including onboarding, transfers, and exit interviews, fostering a positive work environment.\nManage monthly payroll processing and disbursement for the SEA region\nAdminister local statutory and supplemental benefits programs for the SEA region, conducting market benchmarking to ensure competitiveness\nEmployer Branding & Campus Hire\nDevelop and execute China employer branding strategies to enhance the company's visibility and attractiveness in the talent market.\nLead the annual campus recruitment program, including target university selection, info sessions, interviews, and offer management.\nBuild and maintain long-term relationships with key universities to establish a pipeline of management trainees and interns.\nRegional Talent Development\nCoordinate with global, regional and local HR team to well implement targeted talent development programs.\nMonitor the progress of high-potential employees and evaluate the effectiveness of development initiatives to ensure a strong return on talent investment.\nAssist in driving talent review process, partnering with business leaders to identify high-potentials, assess succession readiness, and build a robust talent pipeline.\nPROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE\n8+ yearsof HR experience in HRBP or Talent Acquisition field, with a good understanding of core HR functions and processes\nStrong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively across functions, levels, and cultures\nHigh level of self-discipline, strong sense of ownership, and can-do attitude\nProven ability to work in a fast-moving environment and manage multiple priorities\nFluent in English both written and spoken to handle cross-border communications\nHR project management experience is preferred\nEDUCATION\nBachelor’s degree or above in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related
