Now, we have millions of users across 9 countries and are growing fast.\nOur goal is to make Africa the first cashless continent and that's where you come in...\nHow you'llhelp us achieve it\nWe are hiring an Agent Operations Territory Lead to manage product rollouts and supervise agents in different cities. You will also represent Wave, oversee our distribution and marketing, interact with users, and interview people about their needs and problems related to money transfers and financial services.\nIn this role, you'll;\nManage agent recruitment by leading a team of agent openers who will recruit and train agents within your territory.\nEnsure agent quality and compliance with legal and policy requirements.\nGuarantee the agent network is fully trainedon applications, the contents of the contract before signing, rebalancing options, fraud management, etc.\nCollaborate with the BTL team to have a well-branded and equipped agent network.\nCollaborate with the agent liquidity team to monitor the cash and float availability at agent locations.\nManage risk through routine visits to report emerging issues and assess agents' performance in your territory.\nIdentify underperforming agents, close them, recover Wave items and equipment, and ensure that branding material is removed.\nBe the primary contact for all agency networks acquiring Wave products in your territory.\nChampion excellent customer service among distributors and agents within your territory. \nRequirements\nFluent in English and Krio with a good command of the local language. \nAt least 2 years of relevant work experience, specifically managing an agent network in Sierra Leone, including a minimum of 1 year of experience managing field-based teams.\nBachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, or an equivalent. \nKey details\nLocation: This is a field role.
