Then this role is for you!\nAs a result-driven Business Development Manager with extensive market and industry knowledge, you will play a pivotal role in driving our growth strategy forward. \nReporting to the WAEMU Head of Business Development, you will be responsible for building and cultivating relationships, establishing partnerships, and executing contracts based on the needs of the Product and Operation teams to ensure the continued scaling of Wave’s business in Mali.\nIn this role, you'll;\nForming, negotiating services and managing strategic partnerships (with banks, telcos, bill payment companies, international remittance companies, etc.) that are key for Wave's business to operate.\nBuilding relationships to enable Wave to grow and operate effectively in Mali.\nSourcing business partnerships for Wave's payment products.\nIdentifying and liaising with the right person at partners to achieve Wave's needs.\nSupervising communication between partners and Wave teams (Product, Finance, Legal, compliance, Risk, Marketing…)\nKey details\nLocation: You'll work from our office in Bamako and may travel to field locations within Mali\nWork authorization in Mali.\nOur salaries are competitive and calculated using a transparent formula.
