Now, we have millions of users across 9 countries and are growing fast.\nOur goal is to make Africa the first cashless continent and that's where you come in...\nHow you'll help us achieve it\nWe're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Internal Auditor to ensure our operations meet the highest standards of compliance, efficiency, and risk management. In this role, you'll lead audit missions, provide valuable insights to strengthen internal controls, and help foster a culture of accountability as we scale rapidly. With a focus on continuous improvement, you'll report directly to the Audit Committee and play a key role in driving operational excellence across the organization.\nIn this role, you'll;\nAudit Planning and Strategy:\nDevelop and execute a comprehensive internal audit plan based on the company's objectives and risks.\nAudit Execution:\nConduct internal audits to evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls and compliance with policies and procedures.\nReview financial, operational, and compliance processes to identify control weaknesses or areas for improvement.\nInvestigations:\nConduct thorough investigations into suspected fraud, misconduct, or irregularities within the organization.\nPrepare investigative reports, recommend corrective actions, and collaborate with law enforcement and legal authorities as necessary.\nReporting and Recommendations:\nPrepare detailed audit reports that highlight findings, recommendations, and action plans for management.\nCompliance and Regulation:\nStay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards in the WAEMU region and ensure the company's compliance.\nProvide guidance and support for regulatory audits and examinations.\nContinuous Improvement:\nRecommend process improvements and control enhancements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of operations.\nPromote a culture of internal control awareness and accountability within the organization.\nKey details\nLocation: You'll work from our office in Senegal and may travel to field locations.\nWork authorization in Senegal.\nThis is a permanent position.\nOur salaries are competitive and calculated using a transparent formula. \nWe offer generous health insurance for yourself and your dependents.\nWe support working parents - we offer generous parental leave policies (26 weeks for mothers and 4 weeks for fathers) and subsidized childcare when you return to work.\nWe help you live your fullest life now!
