Are you a strategic thinker with a data-driven mindset and a passion for developing and executing marketing campaigns? If so, we want to hear from you!\nWe’re hiring a Marketing Manager to oversee Above-the-Line (ATL) and Below-the-Line (BTL) activities, coordinate our marketing strategies and campaigns, and ensure they align with our overall business objectives and goals. You will play a key role in driving user growth and engagement through effective ATL and BTL marketing tactics.\nIn this role, you'll:\nDevelop and implement ATL and BTL marketing strategies that align with Wave's growth objectives.\nPlan, execute, and oversee all ATL activities (TV, radio, and print), and all BTL activities (events, promotions, and on-ground activations).\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders across the company to deliver impactful marketing campaigns that drive user acquisition and brand awareness.\nManage relationships with external agencies and partners to ensure the successful execution of marketing activities.\nMonitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, using data to make informed decisions and optimize strategies.\nProvide regular reports on the effectiveness of ATL and BTL activities, including insights and recommendations for improvement.\nManage, build, and mentor a high-performing team to execute on key initiatives and achieve business goals. \nKey details\nThe position is based in Niamey.\nYou must have work authorization in Niger.\nThis is a permanent position.\nOur salaries are competitive and calculated using a transparent formula.
