If you are a result-driven person with a passion for providing exceptional client service, then this opportunity is for you! \nWe’re looking for a Merchant Account Supervisor to join our dynamic Merchant Success team. You'll be responsible for managing the roll-out of corporate merchant products and supervising corporate merchant activities to ensure effective deployment, branding, training, compliance, data, and transaction rates across a specific merchant portfolio, within our merchant network.\nIn this role, you'll;\nCorporate Merchant Deployment and Account Management\nSupport the deployment and management of corporate merchants across Côte d’Ivoire.\nCoordinate merchant onboarding, product training, branding, and technical account setup.\nEnsure merchants understand our products and how to use our product, operational processes, and best practices.\nMonitor merchant activation, performance, and ongoing engagement throughout the partnership lifecycle.\nCoordinate with internal teams to ensure merchants are fully operational and supported.\nPartner Portfolio Management\nManage and develop the portfolio of partners (All product and specially API) by monitoring transaction volumes, alert on pick in volumes, performance, and growth opportunities.\nDefine and execute growth strategies in collaboration with partners and internal stakeholders.\nOrganize regular business and performance review meetings (every cycle/bi-cycle) with partners.\nIdentify risks, performance gaps, and opportunities to improve partner engagement and transaction growth.\nBuild and maintain strong relationships with key partner stakeholders.\nAPI/Aggregator Management\nManage relationships and operational follow-up with aggregators.\nMonitor the creation and activation of aggregated merchants.\nMonitor the database with aggregator network KYB documents and activities prez; \nEnsure the timely follow-up and resolution of Monday tickets related to aggregated merchant creation.\nCoordinate with relevant internal teams to address onboarding, technical, or operational issues affecting aggregated merchants.\nCollect and report market information (improvement, competition, opportunities, customer/corporate feedback, etc) .\nVolume Monitoring and Performance Management\nMonitor transaction volumes and key performance indicators across the partner portfolio.\nIdentify significant volume increases, decreases, or unusual transaction patterns and raise relevant alerts.\nContact and visit merchants regularly, especially when their volume of activity drops.\nConduct initial investigations into unexpected volume variations through partner outreach, internal data review, online research, and other relevant sources.\nProvide timely insights and recommendations to support business growth and risk mitigation\nReport detected bugs to engineers and be the support for relay with partners.\nCoordinate with the marketing team on the implementation of promotions, events, communication and BTL activities for merchants, etc. \nCompliance \nConduct regular compliance reviews and monitor partner activities for potential risks or suspicious patterns.\nIdentify and document potential compliance concerns.\nRaise relevant issue cases and escalate suspicious activities to the Internal Control team in line with established procedures.\nSupport the implementation and follow-up of corrective actions when required.\nConduct regular field visits to ensure smooth operations, compliance with API policy and restrictions, and gather feedback from users and clients about their needs and suggestions.\nKey details\nLocation: You'll work from our office in Abidjan.\nYou must have work authorization in Côte d’Ivoire.\nThis is a permanent assignment.\nOur salaries are competitive and calculated using a transparent formula. \nWe offer generous health insurance for yourself and your dependents.\nWe support working parents - we offer (26 weeks for mothers and 4 weeks for fathers) and subsidized child care when you return to work.\nWe help you live your fullest life now- we subsidize gym memberships and fitness classes.\nAirtime reimbursement.\nFree food and a beautiful office space.\nRequirements\nBachelor degree in Business Administration, Law, Management, Sales or a similar field. \n5+ years experience in a similar position. \nFluent in French and in English \nStrong oral and written communication skills. \nPrevious experience conducting field-related merchant activities, including acquiring and onboarding merchants and ensuring they meet Wave criteria. \nExperience supporting customers & corporate.\nYou might be a good fit if you\nHave a good knowledge of the merchant and especially aggregator/fintech ecosystem.\nHave strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and internal stakeholders. \nHave a good knowledge of data analysis and technical;
