We empower physical security systems to be flexible, interoperable, and future-proof.\nWe are seeking an RMA Technician who will be responsible for receiving, processing, and testing returned Wavelynx products. This entry-level role reports to Operations and is based on site in Broomfield, Colorado. The technician diagnoses returned units, documents findings, and works closely with the QA, Support, and Electrical Engineering teams to test and troubleshoot products.\nDuties/Responsibilities\nReceive and log incoming RMA units in HubSpot and NetSuite.\nTrack each RMA through receiving, testing, and final disposition, and keep records current in both systems.\nTest returned APEX and Ethos readers to confirm or rule out reported failures.\nDiagnose the cause of failure using a multimeter and software test tools.\nWrite clear findings for each unit so Operations can make repair, replace, or credit decisions.\nSupport the QA team with product testing and issue verification.\nHelp the Support team reproduce and troubleshoot issues reported from the field.\nWork with the Electrical Engineering team on bench testing, and learn soldering and board-level work over time.\nKeep the RMA work area and test equipment organized and in working order.\nAssist Production with issues or questions as needed. \nRequired Skills/Abilities\nSome hands-on experience testing or troubleshooting electronic hardware.\nBasic familiarity with a multimeter or similar test equipment.\nComfortable learning new software tools and business systems such as HubSpot and NetSuite.\nAble to write clear, accurate notes on test results.\nBasic computer skills, including creating and editing documents and spreadsheets. \nDetail-oriented and consistent.\nWorks well as a productive member of a team.\nAbility to properly maintain and perform basic repairs on equipment.\nBasic ability in mathematics, reading, and writing.\nEducation and Experience\nExperience in the access control or security industry is preferred.\nExperience in a hardware test, repair, or RMA role preferred.\nExperience in a manufacturing environment is preferred. \nHigh school diploma or equivalent required.\nPhysical Requirements\nProlonged periods of standing and performing
