This role requires strong leadership, creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, luxury hotel environment.\n\nResponsibilities:\n\nPreparation and control of food for buffet and A La Carte\n\nEnsure the culinary section adheres to all safety, health & quality regulations\n\nDelegation of work to cooks\n\nAdhere to standardized recipes and portion sizes.\n\nAdjust recipes as needed to meet dietary restrictions or special requests.\n\nAssist in inventory management, including monitoring stock levels and restocking as needed.\n\nStay updated on culinary techniques and industry trends through continuous learning.\n\nCoordinate timing with other cooks and kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of all menu items.\n\nRequirements:\n\nMinimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position\n\nCertificate in culinary arts\n\nStrong sense of culinary creativity with attention to detail\n\nAbility to multitask in a fast-paced and dynamic environment\n\nIn-depth knowledge of sanitation principles and food preparation standards\n\nFamiliarity with a range of cooking and other kitchen equipment\n\nExcellent communication skills and an
