The role involves resolving escalated incidents, performing detailed diagnostics, and ensuring the stability and performance of customer networks.\nYou will support a wide range of technologies across routing, switching, wireless, firewalls, and SDWAN platforms. Customers include public sector bodies, education institutions, healthcare organisations, and commercial environments with mission critical systems where reliability, accuracy, and professionalism are essential.\nYou will own connectivity issues across the entire network stack, from core ISP backbone and WAN circuits right through to customer edge routers, firewalls, LAN switching, wireless networks, and any related on-site infrastructure.\n Experience working in large-scale, high importance network environments including public sector, healthcare, education, and critical commercial operations.\n\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills.\n\nStrong analytical capability and problem solving skills.\n\nAbility to work under pressure and handle multiple complex cases concurrently.\n\nHigh attention to detail and strong documentation discipline.\n\nExperience using ITSM/ticketing platforms (ServiceNow an advantage).\n\nA willingness to learn, adapt, and develop professionally.\n\nA collaborative approach and desire to support the wider technical team.\n\n Here’s a closer look at what we offer:\nOffice-Based Working: A collaborative approach with team support, requiring you to work in one of our offices.
