The role will require travel across our locations to build strong relationships with line managers and colleagues. We are seeking a highly capable HR professional with the ambition and drive to succeed in a high growth business environment.\nThe role of HR People Partner role has four main areas of responsibility:\nTo lead people projects, initiatives and activity that contributes to the overall company performance including ER casework.\nDrive colleague development and ensure the business is continuously improving People through effective people management and ensure that legislation is adhered to. \nMonitoring and influencing fairness and consistency in all activities connected with the management of all our colleagues.\nAs Wavenet continues to acquire companies, you will support the TUPE Transfer process for new colleagues, supporting them to integrate into Wavenet teams.\nThe role holder needs to be different things to different people and key to your success is building strong internal relationships across the Group. We are seeking an ambitious and customer centric individual to join our team. It is desirable that you are CIPD qualified to level 5/7 standard and that you have at multiple years’ experience of working as a ER Advisor or an ER focused HR Business Partner. You will need to demonstrate a strong track-record of both employee relations case work, and the ability to deliver impactful HR projects. With the strong growth that Wavenet is experiencing, you’ll need to have the ability to multi-task and work to tight deadlines.\nIf you want to further your career in HR and get an all-round generalist experience from a vibrant and fast-paced organisation, this might be the role for you.\nResponsibilities (but not limited to):\nThe extent of your duties will include but are not limited to:\nBe a trusted partner to the business, providing coaching and feedback to managers and colleagues.\nDevelop, organise and facilitate Human Resources best practices and programmes to meet the strategic business needs.\nSupporting managers on all aspects of the employment life cycle including investigations, disciplinaries, grievances, TUPE and employment tribunals to minimise business risk and be able to manage ER caseload.\nEducate Management on policies and good practices across all aspects of people agenda guiding and influencing managers to ensure fairness and consistency in decision making.\nProvide guidance to resolve employee issues by evaluating and offering possible courses of action and direction for resolution.\nAssist in improving culture and morale and increasing performance through implementation and management of company recognition programmes and initiatives.\nAnalyse data and draw conclusions making recommendations to increase colleague engagement to aid the people strategy.\nMonitor and review compensation and benefits guidelines and exceptions.\nLeading on broader change projects that impact the people agenda.\nWorking closely with internal colleagues to build meaningful relationships to aid the HR team.\n The successful candidate will have:\nCIPD qualified to level 5 or 7 standard and that you have at multiple years’ experience of working in a HR Business Partner or ER Advisor Role\nDemonstrable experience of Managing ER case work.\nSignificant experience as a HR Business Partner or ER Advisor Role in an office environment with a high level of attention to detail.\nExperience of providing excellent customer service.\nA team player and the ability to work with people of all working styles, backgrounds, experience, etc.\nExcellent influencing and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate at all levels.\nProficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel).\nAbility to prioritise and handle multiple assignments at any given time.\nAbility to complete complex tasks and projects quickly, react with appropriate urgency to situations that require a quick turnaround.\nHigh levels of integrity and discretion as the role will see lots of confidential information.\nMust be flexible and able to commit the time required to get the job done in line with business needs.\nHighly organised with excellent time management skills and attention to detail.\nAble to take a flexible and adaptable approach to meet the needs of the organisation which may require regularly working at one of the Company’s other locations.\nA customer focus and a strong 'can do’ attitude.\nEagerness to learn and develop and willing to go the extra mile.\nReliable and approachable.\n At Wavenet, we offer more than just a job - we provide an exceptional environment and a wide range of benefits to support your success from day one.
