You will join an international, professional team and benefit from a competitive compensation package.\nWe are currently looking for a Project Delivery Manager to join us in Dedemsvaart, the Netherlands.\nThe Role\nIn this role combines PMO leadership with product development management responsibilities. You lead end-to-end delivery of Orbia B&I’s innovation and product development project portfolio. This means that you ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to the global stage-gate process. In this role, you operate across multiple business units, segments, geographies and functional disciplines. This requires you to balance strategic priorities, customer needs, resource availability, technical feasibility, manufacturability, compliance, cost and time-to-market.\nKey Responsibilities:\nLead and develop the global Project Delivery organization by integrating project management and product development capabilities.\n\nEnsure effective delivery of NPI, CPI, LCM and technology projects through the global stage-gate process.\n\nOwn and continuously improve project management processes, governance, tools, templates and portfolio transparency.\n\nManage resources and capabilities across Project Managers, Product Development Engineers and other technical experts involved in project execution.\n\nDrive disciplined portfolio execution, cross-functional collaboration and a strong delivery culture focused on accountability, speed and reliable innovation.\n\nDrive effective communication and alignment across stakeholders to ensure projects remain on track and risks are managed proactively.\n\nRequirements:\nMaster's degree or equivalent in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Design Engineering, Polymer Engineering or another relevant technical discipline.\n\nMinimum of 8 years of relevant experience in project management, product development, engineering or R&D.\n\nUnderstanding of polymer materials is preferred.\n\nEnglish at business proficiency level. Dutch and/or additional languages are an advantage.\n\nStrong knowledge of project and portfolio management methodologies and stage-gate innovation processes.\n\nExperience leading complex product development or technology projects from concept through implementation.\n\nDemonstrated people leadership experience, including coaching and developing technical or project management teams.\n\nStrong stakeholder management skills and experience working across multiple functions, regions and organizational levels.\n\nAbility to create structure, prioritize effectively and drive execution in a complex international environment.\n\nOur Offer:\nThis role sits at the heart of Wavin's innovation agenda.
