We are looking for an organized, curious, and goal-oriented professional to be an anchor hire in our Paris office.\nYou bring strong autonomy, practical problem-solving skills, and the capacity to anticipate operational bottlenecks before they arise. You are comfortable managing complex project plans, aligning senior stakeholders, and taking full ownership of your deliverables from closed-won to live launch.\nIdeally, you bring a background in enterprise SaaS implementation, customer onboarding, or hospitality tech. You are committed to building a world-class platform, taking genuine ownership of your work, and helping establish Way’s EMEA operational foundation.\nKey Responsibilities\nProject & Implementation Management: Manage internal and external timelines for enterprise and mid-market customer implementation plans to hit strict Time-to-Launch and Time-to-Value targets.\nStrategic Advisory: Develop complete mastery of the Way platform to act as a trusted advisor to partners throughout the implementation lifecycle.\nMulti-Tier Stakeholder Alignment: Build strong working relationships across corporate brand teams and property-level hotel operators to drive user adoption.\nCross-Functional Handoffs: Ensure clean, structured handoffs from implementation to long-term Customer Success and Support teams upon successful go-live.\nProcess & Feedback Loops: Provide continuous feedback into product roadmaps and customer journey mapping, channeling partner feature requests and operational insights back to engineering and product teams.\nAdoption & Risk Mitigation: Proactively surface blockers, manage escalations, and align competing priorities across technical and operational stakeholders.\nTravel: Occasional travel for key client site visits across Europe as required.\nWhat We Are Looking For\nExperience: 3+ years of client-facing experience in software implementation, technical onboarding, or SaaS customer success. Experience within the hospitality, travel, or experiential tech sectors is a strong plus.\n Location & Presence: Based in the Paris metropolitan area with full legal authorization to work in France (without requiring sponsorship). This role is 100% onsite (5 days per week) at our Paris office to foster close in-person collaboration as we scale our EMEA team.\nLanguages: Professional fluency in Englishis required (primary language for global internal operations and international accounts). Fluency or professional proficiency in Frenchis strongly preferred; additional European languages (e.g., German, Spanish, Italian) are an asset.\nExecution & Ownership: Demonstrated track record of managing multi-stakeholder enterprise rollouts with high autonomy, structured methodology, and clear follow-through.\nAnalytical Skills: Proficient in data-driven decision-making, synthesizing partner feedback, and translating client business goals into concrete technical configurations.\nWhy Join Way?\nWay is a company for people who want to do the best work of their careers at a technology company and in an industry that will continue to flourish as humanity embraces AI. The standard for building an exceptional software company has changed, and Way is being built to meet it, with urgency, ownership, and a pace of execution well above the industry norm. The market direction is not in question. As AI absorbs more and more work, humans have more time and more money to spend on experiences, and the brands they spend it with need infrastructure they cannot build themselves.\n Full-time permanent contract (CDI): with a competitive base salary and bonus calibrated to experience.\nExperience Firsthand: An annual travel and accommodation stipend to book stays and curated experiences across Way’s global partner portfolio.\n The Environment: A central Paris office space equipped with modern tooling, direct access to global leadership, and an in-person, high-momentum team
