As a DBA Consultant you will be sizing, implementing and testing deployments of WAY4 from perspective of the database. You will be ensuring the uptime and performance of WAY4 solution deliveries, according to the requirements analysis, while working based on a plan as part of a project team.\n\nResponsibilities\r\n\nParticipation in implementation and support projects of a processing systems (financial and telecom areas);\n\nLarge transaction systems performance audit;\n\nMiscellaneous load systems - OLTP + DSS - performance improvement;\n\nWriting and performing load (stress) tests;\n\nNew technologies (mainly Oracle) investigation and application in complex architecture solution;\n\nRequirements collection and analysis, specifications development and solution design involvement;\n\nParticipation in customization and system modules setting;\n\nClients’ trainings and workshops attendance.\n\nReference: okjKshkwvqAwhajLRH8gYeUfOFCAQ-8BXWBqikxFr65eRfeFQUCc0tUSILlwBJbi\n\nRequirements\r\n\nHigher education in technical fields (Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics);\n\nProfessional experience: IT area – at least 5 years, including Oracle database administration and/or development – at least 3 years;\n\nExperience in following fields:\n\nLarge OLTP-systems development and/or administration;\n\nDeveloping and/or implementation (support) large distributed application systems on Java or С/С++;\n\nCluster technology working experience, including Oracle RAC;\n\nOracle Data Guard working experience;\n\nUnix-systems and drive array Enterprise level working experience;\n\nSQL tuning, execution plans fixing;\n\nSkills and expertise:\n\nStrong theoretical background and knowledge in IT and computer science;\n\nSoftware lifecycle/ design baseline/ software development and QA acknowledgement;\n\nAdministration level knowledge of a Unix-like systems;\n\nPL/SQL + Java or C/C++ development skills would be an advantage;\n\nIn depth knowledge of Oracle database including architecture awareness;\n\nGood knowledge of network technologies;\n\nIn depth understanding of infrastructure deployment and networks.
