You will partner closely with firm leadership, Operations, and Talent while managing external technology vendors and serving as the primary internal point of contact for IT.\nThis role is ideal for someone who is equally comfortable setting technology strategy and rolling up their sleeves to solve day-to-day technical challenges.\nKey Responsibilities\nOwn the firm’s internal IT environment, including hardware, software, identity and access management, endpoint management, networking, and cloud-based systems\nManage the full technology lifecycle for employees, including laptop procurement, configuration, deployment, onboarding, support, replacement, and offboarding\nOversee Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, SharePoint, Teams, and other core business applications\nManage device enrollment, configuration, patching, compliance, and endpoint security across a fully remote workforce\nDevelop and maintain standardized IT onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure timely provisioning and removal of system access\nOwn cybersecurity strategy and controls, including endpoint protection, MFA, access policies, vulnerability management, incident response, and employee security awareness\nManage relationships with third-party IT providers, software vendors, and security partners, including monitoring service levels and holding vendors accountable for performance\nEstablish and maintain IT policies, documentation, asset inventories, access controls, and technology standards\nPartner with leadership to evaluate and implement new technology, automation, AI, and productivity tools\nSupport technology requirements related to client security reviews, compliance initiatives, cyber insurance, and other information security requests\nDevelop a scalable technology roadmap that supports the firm’s continued growth\nExamples of Workstreams\nManaging laptop deployment and technology onboarding for new hires across a fully remote workforce\nBuilding a standardized device lifecycle program for procurement, deployment, inventory management, replacement, and secure decommissioning\nManaging Microsoft Intune and Entra ID policies for device management, authentication, and access\nMonitoring endpoint compliance, security updates, patching, and vulnerability remediation\nEvaluating the firm’s cybersecurity posture and implementing improvements to reduce risk\nManaging and evaluating the performance of the firm’s managed service provider and other technology vendors\nImproving onboarding and offboarding automation across Microsoft 365 and other business systems\nEvaluating new software and AI tools for security, functionality, integration, and business value\nDeveloping disaster recovery, business continuity, and incident response procedures\nLeading technology projects such as system migrations, software implementations, security enhancements, and vendor transitions\nJob Requirements\nBachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or a related field\n6+ years of experience in information technology, IT operations, infrastructure, systems administration, cybersecurity, or related roles\nStrong experience with Microsoft 365, Entra ID/Azure AD, Intune, Teams, and Windows environments\nExperience with endpoint management, device deployment, identity and access management, patch management, and cybersecurity tools\nStrong understanding of cybersecurity fundamentals, including MFA, conditional access, endpoint protection, vulnerability management, phishing prevention, and incident response\nExperience managing MSPs and other third-party technology vendors\nExperience supporting a remote or geographically distributed workforce strongly preferred\nAbility to independently troubleshoot technical issues while also developing scalable processes and long-term technology strategy\nExcellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts and risks to non-technical stakeholders\nHigh degree of ownership, judgment, and discretion when working with confidential company and employee
