We're looking for talented teammates who’ll help us maintain strong teamwork and are passionate about driving results.\nThis role follows a hybrid work schedule and reports to a Technical Lead Manager.\nYou will:\nDevelop agentic systems that accelerate release qualification and improve developer velocity\nWork across frontend and backend technologies, various languages, and large systems of software\nDeeply understand test development and test execution workflows, creating novel automation solutions\nThink big, and take on ambitious projects that require systems thinking and experimentation\nYou have:\nBachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience\nExperience building and productionizing agents, agent harnessing, and AI-backed systems\n5+ years of working experience in C++ or Python\nAbility and ambition to learn new skills as they are needed\nWe prefer:\nExperience as a Dev AI leader and policy maker\nExperience with robotics, firmware, hardware-in-the-loop, and other hardware-based software products\nExperience with test development, test automation, and test engineering\nExperience with UX design\nExperience with release management practices and tools\nThe expected base salary range for this full-time position across US locations is listed below. Actual starting pay will be based on job-related factors, including exact work location, experience, relevant training and education, and skill level.
