Must always use and maintain personal protective equipment, and work in compliance with all company policies, NCC Animal Welfare Guidelines, and local, state and federal policies, laws and regulations.\nRESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS:\nResponsible for setting up the debone area with coolant, tubs and the transportation of combos.\nResponsible for transporting finished product to the scales and to the manifest area.\nResponsible for moving product to be reworked.\nRequired to maintain forklift in sanitary manner and replace battery when needed.\nAbility to work cooperatively with supervisors, coworkers\nDo all tasks assigned by members of management\nMust be able to follow directions and work in other departments as needed.\nMust be able to perform additional duties as assigned.\nREQUIRED SKILLS:\nAbility to work unsupervised and self-motivate.\nAbility to work nights, weekends, holidays and extended shift hours.\nSound work ethic, honesty and moral character.\nPREFERRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:\nHigh School Diploma or equivalent.\nRelative poultry industry experience.\nBasic math functions and skills.\nTECHNICAL SKILLS REQUIRMENTS:\nFork lift certified. \nSAFETY REQUIREMENTS:\nFollow Standard Operating Procedures and adhere to safety requirements\nMust wear required PPE (Personal Protective Equipment)\nPPE required but subject to change: Hairnet, smock, earplugs\nPHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:\nStand up to 8 hours.\nLift up to 60 lbs.\nFrequent exposure to heat (incubators are 99.5 degrees Fahrenheit).\nExposure to wet and dusty environment.\nFrequently reaching, bending, stooping, kneeling and crawling.\nRoll and push buggies (~1,000 lbs.). \nWork around raw, live animal odors.
