The Clinical Manager combines clinical expertise with administrative skills to support staff, optimize workflows, and contribute to the strategic goals of the organization.\nKey Responsibilities\nLeadership and Staff Management\nSupervise, mentor, and evaluate the performance of NPs and other clinical team members\nLead recruitment, onboarding, and training for new NPs and clinical staff\nCreate and manage staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage and effective workload distribution\nFoster a positive and collaborative work environment, addressing conflicts and concerns as needed\nClinical Oversight\nMonitor and support NP clinical decision-making to ensure the highest standard of patient care\nProvide direct patient care as needed to maintain clinical expertise and supplement staffing\nServe as a clinical resource and guide staff in implementing evidence-based practices\nOversee documentation practices to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with EHR requirements\nOperational Management\nCollaborate with leadership to establish and monitor clinical goals, policies, and procedures\nParticipate in budget planning and resource allocation for clinical operations\nImplement and monitor workflows to optimize efficiency and reduce bottlenecks\nAnalyze key performance metrics (e.g., patient outcomes, satisfaction scores) and develop improvement strategies\nCompliance and Quality Assurance\nEnsure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, including HIPAA, OSHA, and licensure requirements\nOversee quality assurance initiatives, such as peer reviews, chart audits, and patient safety protocols\nLead the clinic's efforts in accreditation or certification processes, as applicable\nStrategic Planning and Collaboration\nPartner with medical and administrative leadership to align clinical operations with organizational goals\nAct as a liaison between clinical staff and management, communicating updates, policies, and feedback effectively\nParticipate in strategic planning initiatives to enhance service delivery and expand patient access\nRequired Qualifications\nMaster’s Degree in Nursing (MSN) required\nActive Nurse Practitioner license and prescriptive authority\n5+ years of clinical experience as a Nurse Practitioner\n2+ years of leadership/people management experience in a clinical setting\nFunctional Medicine experience required\nExperience with Telemedicine 1+ year\nStrong problem-solving and decision-making abilities\nExcellent interpersonal and communication skills\nProficiency in EHR systems and clinical management software\nPreferred Qualifications\nDoctor of Nursing Practice (DNP)\nCertifications specific to the specialty (e.g., FNP, AGNP, PNP) as required\nNP license in TX and/or CA and FL preferred\nProject Management experience preferred\nWork Environment & Physical Requirements\nPrimarily remote setting for telehealth visits\nRemote work environment;
