This role is well suited to a senior-level analyst who is comfortable owning end-to-end financial models, partnering directly with department leaders, and thriving in a fast-paced, high-growth healthcare environment where the numbers genuinely inform strategy.\nLocation: Houston, TX (hybrid)\nKey Responsibilities\nBuild, maintain, and continuously improve financial models supporting budgeting, forecasting, and long-range strategic planning\nLead the annual budgeting process and manage rolling forecasts in partnership with department and business unit leaders\nPerform variance analysis comparing actual results to budget and forecast, identifying key drivers and communicating findings to stakeholders\nPartner with department leaders across Operations, Clinical, Marketing, and Product to support budget planning, cost management, and strategic initiatives\nPrepare monthly and quarterly financial reporting packages, including board- and leadership-level presentations and KPI dashboards\nConduct ad hoc financial analysis to support strategic initiatives, new product launches, market expansion, and business case development\nSupport month-end close activities, including variance commentary, accruals review, and coordination with Accounting on financial reporting accuracy\nAnalyze key business metrics, including revenue, margin, customer acquisition cost, and lifetime value, to identify trends and opportunities for improvement\nSupport capital planning, headcount planning, and scenario modeling to evaluate the financial impact of strategic decisions\nIdentify and lead process improvement initiatives to increase the efficiency, accuracy, and scalability of FP&A tools, models, and reporting\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field\n5+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, investment banking, or a related analytical finance role\nAdvanced proficiency in Excel, including complex financial modeling, scenario analysis, and large dataset management\nExperience with ERP and/or financial planning systems (e.g., NetSuite, Adaptive Insights, Anaplan, or similar platforms)\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex financial data into clear, actionable insights\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills, with experience presenting financial analysis to leadership or cross-functional stakeholders\nStrong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment\nDemonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively across finance and non-finance teams\nPreferred Qualifications\nMBA, CFA, or other advanced financial credential\nExperience in the healthcare, telehealth, or wellness industry\nExperience operating in a high-growth, multi-entity, or private equity-backed environment\nExperience with BI/data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)\nWorking knowledge of SQL or other data querying tools\nWork Environment & Physical Requirements\nThis role operates in a professional office or home office environment, with regular use of computer systems, financial modeling tools, and reporting platforms throughout the workday\nRegularly required to sit for extended periods while using a computer, keyboard, and mouse to build models, analyze data, and prepare reports\nMust be able to concentrate for extended periods while managing complex financial models and analysis, particularly during budgeting, forecasting, and month-end close cycles\nSpecific vision abilities required include close vision and the ability to adjust focus for extended periods of screen-based work, including reviewing detailed financial data and reports\nMust be able to communicate clearly and effectively via phone, video conference, and email with leadership, department heads, and cross-functional
