Lowell Community Services site is a community-based program serving children, adolescents, and families referred by the Department of Mental Health, Department of Children and Families as well as insurance funded services through the CSA. In this fast-paced program, the Clinical Supervisor will assist the Program Director and management team in overseeing all aspects of the program. The Clinical Supervisor will provide clinical supervision to CSA program staff and interns, as well as providing direct care to a small caseload of youth and families. The Clinical Supervisor is an individual with established experience in navigating behavioral health systems, wraparound principles and leading supervisees in expanding their therapeutic skills and interventions. The Clinical Supervisor will team with the Program Director to assure the program is providing high quality therapeutic care that is individualized, culturally responsive, and aligned with Wayside’s mission and values.\n\nWhat you will do: \nProvide weekly supervision to Clinicians, Intensive Care Coordinators (ICCs), Youth and Family Support Workers, Family Partners, Interns, and any other program staff\nComplete annual performance evaluations for supervisees’\nConduct and review diagnostic assessments and create treatment plans/Individualized Action Plans\nFacilitate/co-facilitate staff meetings\nCoordinate training program for staff\nProvide face to face emergency coverage to clients when on call and provide back-up to clinicians who are on-call\nProvide emergency support and assistance to staff in the program\nProvide advocacy and care coordination with collaterals as necessary and as requested by families\nAttend all necessary collateral meetings as required\nParticipate in in-service trainings as offered at Wayside Youth & Family and participate in ongoing educational opportunities as required by professional licensing bodies\nParticipate in Program Quality Management and Utilization Review\nReview and approve clinical documentation ensuring compliance with funders\nProvide direct clinical services to clients, including, but not limited to in-home individual, couple, and family therapy, care coordination, behavior management and crisis intervention\nParticipate in agency-wide initiatives to assure and improve clinical quality\nAssist in developing continuity of service between other services within Wayside and among collateral providers\nCoordination and reporting to MCEs\nPerform other functions as assigned by the Program Director.\n\nCompetencies/Traits of Our Superstars: \nDemonstrates high quality customer service (i.e. the ability to connect with others, approachability, respectful to others)\nDemonstrates belief in the Agency’s mission and values\nDemonstrates strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines\nDemonstrates high ability to multi-task through assessing, managing, and adapting to competing priorities\nHolds knowledge of a broad range of mental health/illnesses, treatment, modalities, and theory\nDemonstrates knowledge of how to navigate and access behavioral health services and systems, including DCF, DMH, special education law/services, and other social service resources\nDemonstrates strong problem solving and analytical skills\nKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required: \nKnowledge of child welfare, CBHI, behavior management, adolescent development, parenting issues, individual/family therapy, DSM-V TR, trauma-informed care, and psychopharmacology\nKnowledge of reflective supervision\nProven ability to manage clinical issues.\n\nMinimum Requirements: \nMaster’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or another related human services field\nIndependent licensure required\nMinimum of two (2) years of supervisory experience\nMinimum of three (3) years experience in direct service with children, adolescents, and families\nDriving in the community is a requirement of this position; please ensure you have a valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle. \n\nWe will train you in: Motivational Interviewing; Courageous Conversations; Attachment, Regulation and Competency Model (ARC); Trauma Informed Practice; Substance Use Intervention; Risk and Safety Assessment","description_format":"text","description_chars":4657,"description_truncated":false,"requirements":{"experience_years_min":3,"management_years_min":null,"team_size_min":null,"manages_managers":false,"education":null,"security_clearance":false,"languages":[]},"benefits":[],"hiring_locations":[],"hiring_excludes":[],"relocation_offered":false,"industries":[],"lifecycle":[{"event":"open","at":"2026-10-01T21:42:44Z"}],"visa":[],"liveness":{"score":83,"band":"hot","label":"Hiring now","p_open":1,"p_active":0.83,"p_room":1,"age_days":4,"expected_fill_days":30,"reasons":["conf:0","win:early"],"computed_at":"2026-10-04T05:45:00Z"},"pay":{"stated_usd_annual":85000,"is_top_pay":false},"html_url":"https://alion.io/job/wayside-clinical-supervisor","json_url":"https://alion.io/job/wayside-clinical-supervisor.json","meta":{"generated_at":"2026-10-05T03:02:26Z","cache_seconds":300,"methodology":"https://alion.io/methodology","terms":"https://alion.io/terms","contact":"https://alion.io/contact","api":"https://alion.io/developers","usage":{"tier":"crawler","counted_by":"address","units_charged":1,"used_today":4155,"day_limit":5000,"remaining_today":845,"minute_limit":60,"resets_at":"2026-10-06T00:00:00Z"}}}
