a dynamic team and to develop their knowledge and skills base to enjoy a career in AML/Investor Services in the Funds industry.\nAccurately process and / or review investor information with specific reference to AML\nIndependently liaise in a timely and professional manner with the Investor Servies/Dealing Team, AML Team Leads to complete the client review process\nCarry out AML reviews, reviews of Incorporation and KYC documents, financial Sanction & PEP screenings and independent research on new/onboarding and existing investors\nReview of investor accounts of varying degrees of complexity to ensure the relevant Customer Due Diligence requirements are met\nMaintain an up-to-date knowledge of AML regulation and best practice and uses this knowledge to promote enhancements to Waystone’s AML processes and procedures\nMaintain checklists/procedures in relation to the AML process\nEnsure all internal and external service levels and regulatory deadlines are met\nEnsure Quality targets are met\nProvide money movement notification to the client(s) and prepare wire instructions for money movement for fund investor activity\nServe as client operational contact for AML and maintain good relationship with clients.\nQuery, problem and error resolution on a timely basis\nStrictly adhere to established departmental procedures and controls\nWork on Projects / Ad-hoc tasks as required\nDemonstrate team player qualities within Investor Services\nContact investors for whom there are outstanding AML / Tax requirements\nHuman skills and abilities\nStrong analytical and investigative skills.\nAttention to detail and accuracy.\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.\nProficiency in MS Office and familiarity with Fund industry\nWillingness to work in Rotational Shifts & any department within Investor Services & AML team\nDemonstrate team player qualities within Investor Services\nGovernance & Risk\nTo assist with query handling, quality error analysis, identify root cause and help with solutions to close the gaps.\nProvide periodic reports to Manager on team performance\nEducation:\nA Bachelors or Master’s Degree in Business Or Finance Or Banking related discipline from a reputed College/University.\nExperience:\n1-3 years of experience in AML or similar role.\nWork timings:Shift starting at 1.30
