They will work within a growing IT team.\nESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES\nParticipate in backlog refinement, estimation of work, and sprint planning activities.Design, develop, and implement Appian applications including interfaces, process models, records, and integrations.\nAnalyse and translate business requirements into technical Appian solutions.\nPerform unit testing and support user acceptance testing activities.\nTroubleshoot, debug, and resolve defects and production issues.\nParticipate in daily stand-ups and agile ceremonies.\nIntegrate Appian applications.\nMaintain and enhance existing Appian applications.\nProvide technical input and recommendations to improve processes and solutions.\nEnsure adherence to Appian best practices and development standards.\n• Support audit and compliance processes.\n\nREQUIREMENTS\nTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. of efficient and scalable solutions.\nPromote adherence to governance, standards, and architectural principles.\nWork closely with business stakeholders to ensure solutions meet requirements\nEnsure appropriate development, testing, and deployment processes are followed.\nIdentify and escalate potential risks proactively.\nSupport audit activities and documentation requirements.\nContribute to continuous improvement of the Appian development practice..\nEscalate platform-related issues (e.g. environment, performance, access) to Appian Admin or Snr Devs\nWork with the business and functional team members to ensure that designs and solutions receive approval and follow governance.\nUndertake work as required to improve the wider application landscape.\nPromote collaboration and knowledge sharing within the team.\nSupport colleagues in understanding Appian capabilities and solutions.\nEnsure solutions are secure, performant, and maintainable.\nThis role does not include responsibility for Appian platform administration, environment management, or infrastructure monitoring.\nExperience:\nExperience developing applications on the Appian platform (ideally 1-3 years or equivalent exposure).\nFamiliarity with Appian components.\nUnderstanding of relational databases and SQL.Experience integrating systems.\nExperience supporting production systems and handling defects.\n\nAppian Associate Developer
