The role partners with Business Units, Core Functions and Legal Entities to drive the effective application of risk management practices, improve risk data and reporting, and support the ongoing evolution of the ERMF.\nDuties and Responsibilities\nERM Transformation and Continuous Improvement\nSupport the delivery of the Group's ERM strategy, roadmapand transformation initiatives.\nLead the enhancement and optimisation of theinhouse risk system, including business requirements gathering, solution design, testingand implementation.\nDrive the digitisation, automation and simplification of risk management processes and reporting.\nSupport the development and implementation of enhancements to ERM methodologies, standards, toolsand governance documentation.\nLead or support cross-functional change initiatives impactingrisk management processes, systemsand reporting.\nIdentifyopportunities to improve the effectiveness, efficiencyand maturity of risk management practices across the Group.\nSupport the evaluation and adoption of emerging technologies, including Artificial Intelligence, where appropriate.\nRisk Systems, Data and Reporting\nDesign and develop enterprise risk reporting, dashboardsand management information to support effective decision-making.\nLead the development and enhancement of Power BI reporting solutions for management, Committees and Boards.\nImprove the quality, consistencyand usability of risk data across systems and reporting outputs.\nAnalyse risk information to identifykey themes, trends, emerging risksand areas requiring management attention.\nEnterprise Risk Framework and Oversight\nSupport the ongoing implementation and enhancement of the Enterprise Risk Management Framework across the Group.\nProvide independent second line challenge on risk identification, assessment, monitoringand reporting activities.\nConduct thematic reviews and risk-focused assessments to support improved risk management outcomes.\nContribute to the ongoing development of the Risk Taxonomy, Risk Appetite Frameworkand associated risk management methodologies.\nSupport the identification and escalation of material and emerging risks.\nStakeholder Engagement and Risk Culture\nBuild effective working relationships with Business Unit, Core Function and Legal Entity stakeholders.\nProvide guidance and support on the application of risk management frameworks, methodologiesand tools.\nRepresent Enterprise Risk Management in projects, working groups and change initiatives.\nSupport the delivery of risk training, awarenessand communication initiatives.\nPromote consistent risk management standards and practices across the Group.\nExperience and Skills\nExperience\nSignificant experiencewithin Enterprise Risk Management, Operational Risk, Internal Audit, Complianceor a related risk discipline within a regulated environment.\nExperience developing management information and reporting solutions, including Power BI or similar visualisation tools, and preparing reporting and materials for governance forums and senior stakeholders.\nExperience enhancing frameworks, processes or operating models within a risk, governanceor control environment.\nTechnical Skills\nAdvanced Power BI skills, including dashboard development, data modellingand visualisation.\nExperience with Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) systems and risk management technologies.\nExperience in business analysis, process mapping, solution designand user acceptance testing\nKnowledge of automation, workflowand data analytics tools.\nEducation and Professional Qualifications\nAn internationally recognised professional qualification or relevant degree in Risk Management, Finance, Business, Economics, Lawor a related discipline.\nProfessional certification such as IRM, FRM, PRM, ACA, ACCA, CIA, CISAor equivalent is
