This role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with the Manco team, Operations and Group Finance.\nESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES\nBilling Calculation\nManage client Net Asset Value (“NAV”)/ Assets Under Management (“AUM”) data for reporting, analysis, and billing calculations.\nPerform reconciliations and resolve discrepancies in client AUM/NAV data.\nPrepare billing calculations and associated revenue tasks for the Management Company\nAssist the smooth coordination of Ancillary revenue information\nProvide the required ManCo fee calculation outputs to Billing colleagues to facilitate the generation of client invoices\nCollaborate with internal teams, such as Business Development, Relationship Management, Onboarding, Local Finance Teams and the Legal Department to ensure a smooth end to end billing process\nAddress client-specific queries related to Manco fee calculations and collaborate with Billing colleagues to support the resolution of billing discrepancies and/or customer disputes.\nReconciliations & Controls\nEnsure that the correct Policies and Procedures have been followed within the prescribed controls in preparing billing calculations.\nFollow the prescribed requirements for coding/ preparing invoices in the Financial ERP system.\nMaintain accurate records of billing calculations and support internal audits.\nReporting & Analysis\nSupport the Global Billing & Collections Team on related matters\nLiaise effectively and proactively with Group Finance, Director of RFS Revenue, Financial Controllers and Financial Planning & Analysis\nParticipate in the annual audit process including providing timely responses to queries as required.\nCollaboration & Partnering\nCollaborate with colleagues across the Waystone Group, ensuring effective collaboration communication and development of solutions, including contributing to Group Projects\nAssist in Group Billing & Collections continuous improvements, including enhancing the Billing calculation Policies & Procedures and technology system improvements.\nREQUIREMENTS\nTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
