You will play a key role in supporting operational services by developing, maintaining and delivering accurate and meaningful reports that help inform decision-making across the organisation.\nYou will be the main point of contact for reporting queries, providing technical expertise and helping colleagues understand and make effective use of data. Working with systems such as Power BI, SQL and Excel, you will analyse information, identify trends and provide insights that support service improvement and organisational performance.\nThis is an opportunity to use your analytical skills to make a real difference, helping Waythrough develop a stronger data-driven approach and deliver high-quality services.\nKey duties\nDevelop, run and maintain a suite of reports to support operational delivery and organisational performance.\nAct as the main point of contact for reporting and analysis queries, providing technical advice and support to colleagues.\nAnalyse and interpret data to identify trends, patterns and opportunities for service improvement.\nSupport the development and maintenance of Power BI dashboards and reporting tools, ensuring consistency across services.\nManage day-to-day reporting requests and tickets, ensuring responses meet agreed service level requirements.\nWork with case management systems, including SystmOne, ILLY, Theseus and Halo, to produce accurate and meaningful reports.\nWork collaboratively with the wider Performance and Data team to improve reporting processes and systems.\nSupport new contract mobilisations by helping establish and implement reporting requirements.\nDeliver training and guidance to colleagues to improve their understanding and use of reports.\nPresent findings, insights and recommendations to stakeholders, making complex information accessible to both technical and non-technical audiences.\nAbout you\nWe are looking for someone with strong analytical skills and a genuine interest in using data to improve performance and support decision-making.
