This is more than just a job - it’s a chance to build meaningful relationships and create lasting change.\nAbout the Role:\nAs a Support Coordinator, you'll be a key member of our team, providing vital assistance and guidance to individuals on their journey towards sustained housing.\nTo find out more about Bradford No Second Night Out, please follow the link - Bradford No Second Night Out\nKey duties will include:\nOffering holistic support and enhanced housing management to service users accessing the NSNO service in Bradford.\nCollaborating closely with colleagues and partner organisations to ensure comprehensive care.\nEmpowering individuals to overcome barriers, achieve independence, and maintain permanent tenancies.\nAssisting clients at risk of losing their tenancies to prevent homelessness and promote stability.\nTo Succeed in This Role, You’ll Need:\nExperience of supporting vulnerable people, including support planning and risk management. \nExperience of, and ability to, manage a case load of service users, supporting them to achieve greater independence. \nKnowledge of housing options available and relevant legislation. \nKnowledge of welfare benefits system and relevant legislation. \nKnowledge of Safeguarding practice and relevant legislation. \nExperience of multi-agency working with a wide range of external partners. \nDriving licence and access to a vehicle are not essential for this post.\nTo view the full job and person specification, please click here.\nWhat We Offer\nWe value the people who make a difference every day.
