This is more than just a job - it’s a chance to build meaningful relationships and create lasting change.\nAbout the role\nThis is a service management and team leadership role within Waythrough’s supported housing services. You would oversee services supporting adults experiencing mental ill health, helping them maintain their accommodation, develop independence and ultimately move on to independent living.\nYou would be responsible for the day-to-day running and development of the service, ensuring it delivers safe, effective and recovery-focused support in line with Waythrough’s policies, service models and contractual requirements.\nWhat you'll do\nManage and oversee the day-to-day running of the service.\nLead, supervise, mentor and support a team of staff and volunteers.\nManage recruitment, induction, training, performance reviews, supervision and absence.\nManage referrals and make sure people meet the service eligibility criteria.\nDevelop support pathways and structured programmes to help people maintain their tenancies.\nMonitor staff performance, service targets and contractual requirements.\nWork closely with external agencies including Social Services, Housing, Jobcentre, Probation and mental health services.\nMaintain accurate records, reports and service documentation.\nManage safeguarding concerns, complaints, incidents, health and safety and other risks.\nProvide a small caseload when required to support service delivery.\nPromote partnership working and opportunities for people using the service to have their voices heard.\nDeputise for the Area Manager when required.\nEnsure the service follows relevant legislation, policies and clinical governance requirements.\nWhat we're looking for\nThey are looking for someone who can lead a team, manage a service and build strong relationships with other organisations.
