This is more than just a job - it’s a chance to build meaningful relationships and create lasting change.\nAbout the Role\nYou will manage, supervise and oversee a multi-agency/multidisciplinary team, providing a flexible and accessible service to service users.\nYou will take responsibility for the day-to-day running of designated projects and assist in the development of your service area, ensuring that relevant models are embedded within the service.\nThe role involves working closely with other agencies and developing effective links with services and facilities within community and custodial settings to benefit service users.
