capability of the wider team.\nRequirements:\n7-10 years of experience in data/business analytics, including a track record of proactively driving insights and owning metrics.\nBachelor's degree in a quantitative field (statistics, computer science, economics, engineering, or mathematics) or equivalent experience.\nExpert-level SQL, with hands-on experience across Redshift and MySQL.\nStrong Python skills for writing and maintaining automation and data pipelines (pandas, scripting, scheduled jobs).\nMastery of Google Sheets and Excel for advanced modeling, reporting, and analysis.\nHands-on experience with product/web analytics tools, Mixpanel and Google Analytics.\nProficiency with at least one BI/visualization tool (Metabase, Looker, Tableau, or similar).\nSolid understanding of data security and PII access control, data masking/anonymization, and handling sensitive financial data responsibly.\nExcellent communication skills, with the ability to influence both technical and non-technical
