You will support, direct, and oversee other engineering associates while ensuring the successful completion of projects, maintaining high-quality standards, meeting project deadlines, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and codes, and promoting seamless collaboration with other stakeholders within an integrated team of architects, designers, and engineers.\nOur Mechanical team is one of five in-house engineering disciplines within WD. In this role, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with architects, designers and other engineers from electrical, structural, fire protection, and civil engineering backgrounds.\nLocation: We are open to hiring for remote work from any location in the US.\nPreferred Experience:\nBachelor's Degree in a relevant engineering field and/or equivalent knowledge gained from education and/or work experience\nProfessional Engineer (PE) licensure is preferred but not required\nExperience managing teams that are designing mechanical systems and knowledge of relevant codes\nProficiency is Revit and AutoCAD is required\nExperience working on restaurant, grocery, retail, healthcare or similar projects is helpful\nWhat matters to our associates matters to us.
