Client Director\nRole Summary / Purpose and Scope\nOverseeing the day to day running of 17 Columbus Courtyard (17CC), Canary Wharf, London, a multi-let, lab-enabled life sciences and technology building providing flexible laboratory and office space across nine upper floors, with a ground floor amenity offer including café, co-working, meeting and conference facilities.\n\nThe Site Director will take accountability for the Landlord operations at the building, with a core focus on service charge management, health and safety and statutory compliance, and the management of contractors, security staff, maintenance and cleaners as well as specialist and 3rd party contractors, whilst having due regard to expenditure and current legislation\n\nHigh levels of client engagement and customer service are required. The role will work closely with the client and occupiers to ensure the building's laboratory and support facilities are suitable and sufficient for the scientific work being undertaken, delivering a first-class customer experience.\nSkills, Knowledge and Values\n Skills (People & Technical)\nOversee and manage site communications with occupiers, wider community and scientific community. \nSeeks to improve and enhance the delivery of client service. \nMonitors budget performance at high level across the building. \nLeads from the front, supports and identifies change and controls and enhances change management, represents MAPP and the clients values. \nEnsures compliance with the highest standards, policies and procedures.
