• At least 5 years of experience as a Fullstack Developer with Java & React
• Proficiency in Java (newer versions) and Spring Boot to develop and maintain robust backend applications in a full stack context
• Ability to design and optimize data models and queries in MySQL, ensuring performance and reliability across retail-scale workloads
• Practical knowledge of Kafka to implement and maintain event-driven architecture within distributed systems
• Demonstrated ability with AWS and Next.js
• Experience with AI
• Strong collaboration skills to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams spanning design, development, and deployment
• Fluency in English (B2/C1)
• Availability for Remote model based in Portugal (requires Portuguese or other EU citizenship or a valid Portuguese work permit)
