Seeking a Senior Data Engineer to join the crash at WE ARE META. As a consultant, you’ll have access to a network of national and international partners across diverse sectors of the tech industry. The role involves working with GCP services and executing ETL/ELT pipelines.

O que é pedido

6 to 9 years of experience as a Data Engineer or similar role
Mastery of GCP services including BigQuery (schema design, query optimization, cost management) and Cloud Composer (DAG authoring, scheduling, debugging)
Proven ability to design and execute ETL/ELT pipelines migrating from SQL Server to BigQuery, including partitioning and clustering optimization
Advanced SQL and Python skills applied to data transformation, automation scripts, and GCP API integration
Familiarity with complementary GCP tooling such as Storage, Dataflow, and Database Migration Service
Fluency in English (B2)
Availability for a hybrid model (2x a week, based in Porto ou Lisboa)
Candidate has to be based in Portugal with Portuguese or EU citizenship, or a valid work permit
