Or, if you are curious, resourceful, and constantly seeking to deepen your knowledge to achieve your goals, our internship programme is a fantastic opportunity for undergraduates, recent graduates, or individuals considering a career switch into the digital and social media industry.\nWhat does the role involve?\nYou will play a key supporting role in the Account Management team, a core function within the agency that works closely with different departments. You will collaborate in brainstorming sessions, see ideas come to life, contribute to content creation, and gain exposure to learning in a creative, fast-paced environment. You will also develop essential skills in time management and coordination, which are invaluable for any future role.\nYour key responsibilities will include:\nSupport the account management team in the day-to-day coordination and delivery of client projects.\nActing as a liaison between key stakeholders, both internally and externally\nResponding promptly to clients’ concerns, feedback, and requests, while providing regular updates on project/campaign statuses\nAssist with project management by developing timelines, tracking deliverables, following up with internal teams and ensuring projects remain on schedule.\nCoordinate with clients, creators (KOLs), production partners and external vendors to facilitate project execution and asset collection.\nPrepare creative briefs, meeting agendas, contact reports and meeting minutes, while coordinating meetings and project communications.\nConduct quality assurance (QA) checks on creative assets and content before delivery, ensuring accuracy and adherence to client requirements.\nOrganise and maintain project documentation, file archives and asset libraries, ensuring information is accurately stored and easily accessible.\nAssist with social content productions by coordinating logistics, managing talent release forms, organising assets and providing on-site production support.\nWork collaboratively with Strategy, Creative, Community and Production teams to ensure smooth project delivery.\nRequirements\nWhat are we looking for?\nAbility to commit to a full-time internship of at least 4-5 months\nIndividuals who are positive, committed, energetic, enthusiastic, and eager to learn\nYou should be willing to learn and be receptive to feedback & new things.
