Lobbies for approval where appropriate (ROI), implementing solutions as approved.\nPerforms functions associated with the design, development, installation, maintenance, and performance assessment of approved solutions.\nPerforms or assists team members in monitoring and troubleshooting service performance problems.\nCollaborates with others to resolve issues; including external partners.\nProvides instruction, assistance, and guidance to other technicians as required.\nPerforms required incidental and preventative maintenance on network attached equipment; updates necessary logs and completes reports.\nCoordinates clearing of trouble tickets with other groups and organizations.\nEnsures clear, concise and accurate documentation for infrastructure systems is maintained.\nMaintains limited spare hardware inventory.\nKnowledge & Qualifications\nMinimum 2 years post-secondary relevant technical training. \n3 years of equivalent experience within a technically challenging and diverse environment;
