hands-on technical exposure.\nIndividuals interested in building a career in IT support, security systems, or systems engineering.\n\n⇒ Main Responsibilities\nCCTV & Security Systems Support (Long-Term Operations)\nProvide daily operational support for CCTV cameras, DVRs/NVRs, and related equipment.\nAssist with installation, basic configuration, and commissioning for long-term deployments.\nPerform routine system health checks and basic troubleshooting (connectivity, image quality, power issues).\nSupport scheduled maintenance activities and system upgrades under supervision.\nIT & Network Support\nAssist with basic IP networking tasks for CCTV systems (LAN connectivity, IP addressing, PoE support).\nSupport basic switch and network troubleshooting related to CCTV operations.\nAssist in firmware updates and system patches as part of long-term system upkeep.\nDocumentation & Reporting\nMaintain clear support logs, asset records, and simple technical documentation.\nRecord incidents, service requests, and resolution steps accurately.\nEscalate unresolved issues to senior engineers or vendors with proper documentation.\nOn-site & Team Support\nProvide on-site support for long-term projects and customer environments.\nWork closely with senior engineers and project teams to ensure system stability.\nFollow established SOPs, safety, and security guidelines.\n\n⇒ Qualifications & Experience\nDiploma OR Higher Nitec Certification in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.\n0–2 years of IT support or technical assistance experience (fresh graduates welcome).\nSkills & Knowledge (Entry-Level)\nBasic understanding of CCTV or security surveillance concepts.\nFundamental knowledge of networking (LAN, IP addressing).\nFamiliarity with Windows OS and basic IT troubleshooting.\nWillingness to perform hands-on and on-site support work.\nPersonal Attributes\nKeen to commit to a long-term role and learning journey.\nEager to take guidance and develop technical skills.\nResponsible, reliable, and able to follow processes.\nGood communication skills and a positive attitude.\nNice-to-Have (Not Mandatory)\nExposure to CCTV or VMS platforms.\nBasic knowledge of PoE switches or networking equipment.\nInternship or project experience in IT or security systems.\n\n⇒
