Transact Project Portfolio Management\nMaintain a consolidated view of all WITT projects and initiatives impacting Transact.\nBuild and maintain the overall Transact roadmap, including key milestones, releases and dependencies.\nEnsure that each initiative has a clearly defined scope, owner, planning, dependencies and delivery target.\nIdentify conflicts or overlaps between projects and facilitate prioritisation when required.\nMonitor the impact of new demands and changes on the existing Transact roadmap.\n2. End-to-End Delivery Coordination\nFollow projects from initial assessment through design, build, testing, deployment and post-production follow-up.\nCoordinate the different contributors involved in Transact deliveries.\nEnsure dependencies between Transact and other WITT streams/assets are identified early and actively managed.\nChallenge delivery plans and ensure that commitments are realistic and properly secured.\nEscalate blockers and deviations when necessary and drive remediation plans.\n3. Governance & Reporting\nEstablish and maintain a clear governance framework for the Transact perimeter.\nPrepare consolidated reporting covering: \ndelivery status, milestones, risks and issues, dependencies, decisions required, capacity constraints, key upcoming activities.\nProvide management with a single, reliable view of the Transact portfolio.\nOrganise and facilitate regular Transact project reviews with the relevant stakeholders.\n4. Risk & Dependency Management\nMaintain a consolidated RAID log covering Risks, Actions, Issues and Dependencies.\nIdentify critical dependencies across projects and WITT streams.\nAnticipate potential delivery bottlenecks.\nEnsure mitigation and recovery plans are defined, owned and followed.\nEscalate critical risks early enough to allow management decisions and corrective actions.\n5. Release & Operational Readiness\nCoordinate Transact-related activities with the relevant WITT release and operational processes.\nEnsure production readiness is assessed before major deployments.\nTrack operational prerequisites, cutover activities and post-go-live actions.\nEnsure that project deliveries properly transition into the operational model.\n6. Stakeholder Management\nAct as the main coordination point between the relevant stakeholders, including:\nWITT OPS, WITT IT streams, Business teams, Operations, Transact teams, Architecture, Testing teams, Release Management, Production / Support teams, external partners or vendors when applicable.\nThe PM is expected to connect the different teams and proactively resolve cross-stream topics, rather than simply reporting them.\n7. Expected Deliverables\nThe Transact PM will maintain, at minimum:\nTransact master roadmap\nConsolidated project portfolio\nMilestone and delivery tracker\nRAID log\nCross-stream dependency tracker\nDecision log\nRelease / deployment calendar\nManagement dashboard\nWeekly Transact status report\nAction tracker with owner and target date\n\nQualifications and Experience\nBachelor's Degree in Information Technology or relevant fields.\nAt least 12 years of relevant work experience. \n\nProject Management\nProven experience managing complex IT projects or portfolios.\nStrong understanding of project governance, planning, RAID management and dependency management.\nAbility to manage several initiatives simultaneously.\nStrong analytical and organisational capabilities.\nAbility to challenge plans, commitments and priorities.\nBanking / Technology\nExperience in banking IT, preferably Wealth Management or Private Banking.\nGood understanding of core banking platforms and their integration within a complex information system.\nKnowledge of Temenos Transact / T24 is a strong advantage.\nUnderstanding of banking operations, releases, testing and production processes.\nLeadership\nStrong coordination and stakeholder-management skills.\nComfortable working across Business, IT and Operations.\nAbility to influence contributors without necessarily having direct hierarchical authority.\nStrong communication and synthesis skills.\nAbility to escalate issues clearly while remaining solution-oriented.\nComfortable interacting with senior management.\nKey Success Criteria\nSuccess in the role will be measured by the ability to:\nProvide one consolidated and reliable view of everything impacting Transact.\nEnsure that no major dependency or risk is discovered too late.\nImprove coordination between Transact and the other WITT streams.\nIncrease predictability of Transact deliveries.\nEnsure clear ownership and follow-up of actions and decisions.\nIdentify capacity or planning conflicts sufficiently early to allow arbitration.\nFacilitate faster resolution of blockers impacting WITT deliveries.\nSkills\nproject scope
