Network Administration & Infrastructure\nSupport the design, implementation, configuration, and maintenance of secure and segmented network infrastructure.\nConfigure, monitor, and troubleshoot routers, switches, firewalls, and related network devices (e.g. Zyxel, Cisco)\nManage and support LAN/WAN connectivity, VLANs, VPNs, and network segmentation.\nTroubleshoot network connectivity issues and help maintain network availability.\n2. IT Support & Troubleshooting\nProvide frontline technical support for end-user devices, network connectivity, and endpoint security issues.\nDiagnose and resolve IT incidents and service requests within the assigned scope.\nEscalate complex or unresolved technical issues to the appropriate authority.\nMaintain records of reported issues, actions taken, and resolutions.\n3. Server & IT Infrastructure Management\nAssist in managing server infrastructure and routine IT infrastructure operations.\nSupport system patching, asset tracking, access control, and operational maintenance.\nMaintain IT asset inventories and update relevant infrastructure records.\nFollow approved procedures for system maintenance and configuration changes.\n4. Information Security & Access Control\nSupport endpoint security and implementation of approved security practices.\nFollow access control policies, patch management processes, and IT security guidelines.\nProtect confidential information and prevent unauthorised access, disclosure, or transfer of data.\nReport security incidents, suspicious activities, and potential vulnerabilities through the prescribed channels.\n5. Network Monitoring & Documentation\nUse network monitoring tools to identify connectivity issues and infrastructure anomalies.\nMaintain technical documentation, asset registers, configuration records, and support logs.\nAssist in maintaining operational hygiene and continuity of IT services.\n6.
