We serve the Oil and Gas Industry Onshore, Offshore and Deep Offshore with extensive experience in Oil & Gas Well Intervention, Well Construction, Pipeline Maintenance and Environmental Management Services.\n\nFounded on the principle of excellence in oilfield operations, WEAFRI owns and operates state-of-the-art equipment for both onshore and offshore operations across West Africa.\n\nWe are recruiting to fill the position below:\n\nJob Title: QA/QC Supervisor\n\nLocations: Delta and Rivers\n\nEmployment Type: Full-time\n\nJob Description\n\nYou will enforce strict QMS compliance, oversee multi-discipline inspection campaigns, and ensure all fabrication, piping, and maintenance works meet demanding international oilfield safety and technical standards.\nWe are seeking a detail-oriented and highly qualified QA/QC Supervisor to lead quality management across our assets and projects.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nStrong proficiency in API Specification Q1 and Q2, including QMS development, process control, risk assessment, and management of change in line with API Q2 requirements.\nPlan and coordinate quality management system audits and recommend action plans to management for implementation and/or corrective actions.\nMonitor and guide HODs and supervisors on the quality management system and related activities.\nLiaise with external parties and stakeholders on QMS planning and implementation. Manage the WEAFRI QMS and all associated improvement efforts regarding corrective & preventative actions, and opportunities for improvement.\nTraceability: Verify Material Test Certificates (MTCs), heat numbers, and Positive Material Identification (PMI) for asset integrity.\nEnsure certification and calibration of all WEAFRI equipment and maintain records in line with required industry regulations and standards.\nEstablish, implement and maintain QMS processes in accordance with the requirements of ISO 9001:2015 standards.\nSite Audits: Lead regular site facility and vendor shop quality audits to enforce compliance.\nWelding & NDT: Oversee welding procedures (WPS/PQR), monitor welder qualifications, and coordinate Non-Destructive Testing (NDT/NDE).\nNCR Management: Issue Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), manage root-cause investigations, and track CAPA closeouts.\nQuality Inspection: Compile, review, and sign off on purchased products and services.\n\nRequirements\n\nTechnical Codes & Standards: Working knowledge and practical application of relevant international codes and standards, including ASME (Sec VIII, IX, B31.3), API Specifications Q1 and Q2, ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 29001.\nExperience: Minimum of 7 years’ progressive QA/QC experience, including at least 3 years in a supervisory capacity within the oil and gas industry, with proven exposure to both onshore and offshore facilities, well services, and equipment manufacturing/repair.\nEducation: B.Eng/B.Sc. in Engineering, Metallurgy or Materials Sciences.
