The Product Manager ensures alignment between business goals and product execution, translating market needs into high-quality product features that support Wealth Access’ continued growth and industry leadership.\nThis position is a Hybrid role based in Nashville, TN.\nWhat You'll Own:\nDevelop and maintain a clear product roadmap aligned with company strategy, customer needs, and market trends. \nGather, analyze, and prioritize product requirements from clients, stakeholders, and internal teams. \nLead discovery activities such as customer interviews, workflow analysis, and competitive research. \nTranslate business needs into detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional requirements for engineering teams. \nCollaborate with UX/UI designers to create intuitive, client-centric product experiences. \nWork closely with engineering to ensure timely delivery of high-quality features and enhancements. \nManage the full product lifecycle-from ideation and planning to launch, adoption, and iteration. \nMonitor key product performance metrics and use data insights to guide decision-making. \nPartner with Client Success and Sales to support product enablement, demos, documentation, and training. \nServe as a subject matter expert for Wealth Access’ platform capabilities and industry-specific workflows. \nEnsure products comply with relevant security, data integrity, and regulatory standards. \nCommunicate product strategy, updates, and priorities to internal stakeholders and leadership. \nWho You Are:\n3-7 years of experience in product management within SaaS, fintech, financial services, or related technology sectors. \nProven ability to gather requirements, prioritize features, and manage complex product backlogs. \nExperience working with Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar. \nDemonstrated success managing product lifecycles from concept to launch in an Agile development environment. \nExcellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business value. \nExperience collaborating with cross-functional teams including engineering, UX/UI, sales, client success, and executive leadership. \nHigh level of organization, attention to detail, and a customer-first mindset. \nBackground working directly with clients or enterprise stakeholders to gather feedback, validate requirements, and drive adoption. \nDemonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. \nBachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field.\nExperience working with wealth management platforms, data aggregation systems, or financial institution software is strongly preferred. \nPhysical Demands and Work Environment:\nWork is performed in an office setting in downtown Nashville, TN \nRegularly use hands to type, handle, or feel. \nRequired to use close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and can focus. \nMust have clear, easy-to-understand oral communication ability. \nAbility to sit for prolonged periods. \nThe ability to travel overnight as required. \n Compensation & Benefits\nCompensation includes a competitive base salary, equity participation, and comprehensive benefits: flexible PTO, company-funded HSA, 401(k) with match, and paid downtown Nashville parking.
