Implement advanced state management, custom animations, and platform integrations. You will play a key role in designing unique experiences for the end users.\n\nRequired Skills & Experience:\n\n- 6 - 9 years of Flutter/mobile development experience\n\n- Strong understanding of Flutter architecture patterns\n\n- Experience working in designing Android Native solutions\n\n- Experience with advanced state management (BLoC, Riverpod)\n\n- Track record of shipping high-quality mobile features\n\n- Setup AI based coding patterns, engineering structures\n\n- Setup & evolve base platform architectures\n\n- Familiarity with design systems and component libraries\n\n- Track record of mentoring or leading small teams\n\n- Experience with CI/CD for mobile (Fastlane, Codemagic)\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\n- Lead mobile feature development from design through release\n\n- Manage Release process with continuous improvement in quality, time\n\n- Architect complex Flutter solutions with clean separation of concerns\n\n- Implement custom animations, transitions, and native platform integrations\n\n- Own app performance, crash rates, and release quality\n\n- Maintain high standards of code quality, unit testing, and documentation\n\n- Use product thinking mindset with to solve business and tech problems\n\n- Monitor systems, debug production issues, and ensure uptime of critical services\n\n- Work closely with product, frontend, & data teams to deliver seamless user experiences\n\n- Proven ownership of features from design to deployment\n\n- Mentor junior engineers and drive code quality standards\n\nGood to Have:\n\n- Experience in fintech / wealth management / mutual funds domain\n\n- Knowledge of native iOS (Swift) development\n\n- Experience with real-time features (WebSockets, Firebase)\n\n- Understanding of compliance, KYC, and regulatory
