Wealth Without Wall Street is an online community that seeks to re-educate business owners & families how money truly works. Wall Street is not just a street in NY, NY that puts American's money at ri...sk but it is also a commonly taught mindset....

You've Already Outgrown Your Job. You Just Haven't Said It Out Loud Yet.

Let's start with the thing you don't put on a resume.

You're the one they call when it breaks.

You know which carrier drags their feet.

You know where the file actually lives, not where the SOP says it lives.

You've quietly rebuilt three processes nobody asked you to rebuild, and nobody noticed, because when you do it right it just looks like nothing went wrong.

And somewhere in the last twelve months, a thought showed up that you've been trying not to look directly at:

This is as far as I can go here.

Not because you're not good enough.

Because you're too good for a role that has no next floor.

So you do the things capable people do.

You take on more.

You pick up the slack.

You tell yourself that if you just keep proving it, someone will finally hand you the keys.

They won't.

Not there.

There's nothing to hand you.

That's not bitterness.

That's math. Some seats are built with a ceiling in them, and no amount of excellence raises the roof.

Here's what we think you actually want

Not a title. Not a bump.

Room.

Room to build the thing instead of babysitting it.

Room to say "this process is broken" and then be the person who fixes it, not the person who files a ticket about it.

Room to hire people, train them, hold a standard, and watch a function you built run better because you were in the room.

You want your fingerprints on something.

If that's true, keep reading. If it's not, close the tab with our blessing. This role will eat you alive.

What we're actually building

At Wealth Without Wall Street, we help people become financially free faster through education, coaching, and implementation of the Infinite Banking Concept.

Our clients are business owners, entrepreneurs, investors, and families who decided the traditional Wall Street path wasn't going to get them there. We give them a different one.

Now the honest part.

We are adding a dozen new coaches before the end of the year. Every single one of them depends on a strong underwriting and service function behind them to get client policies placed, funded, and cared for.

That function does not currently have a leader and it needs one.

This is not for you if

  • You want a narrow lane and clear instructions
  • You want to be told what "good" looks like instead of deciding it
  • You'd rather work around a broken process than stop and rebuild it
  • You want to clock out without ever being asked to think

None of that is a character flaw. It's just a different job at a different company.

This is for you if

  • You genuinely care about people, and you want the work to matter to someone
  • You'll do the work yourself and teach someone else to do it well
  • You see a broken process as an invitation, not an obstacle
  • You want more responsibility next year than you have this year, and the year after that, more again
  • You're tired of being the most capable person in a room where capability isn't the constraint

Why now

In eighteen months, this function will exist. It will have a team, a standard, and a way of doing things.

The only question is whether you built it or inherited it.

One of those is a career. The other is a job.

If your chest tightened a little reading this, that's the right reaction.

About Us

Our mission is simple: we help people who want to become financially free get there faster.

Through education, coaching, and the implementation of the Infinite Banking Concept, we help business owners, entrepreneurs, investors, and families take greater control of their cash flow, build passive income, and create financial freedom outside the traditional Wall Street system.

We are a fast-growing, people-first company that values:

  • Integrity
  • Ownership
  • Proactive communication
  • Long-term relationships
  • Personal growth
  • Teamwork
  • Gratitude over greed

We believe the formula for financial freedom is simple - but the work to accomplish it requires intentionality, discipline, and great people serving clients at a high level. We pursue long-lasting relationships based on mutual respect. We believe in doing what we say we're going to do. We practice what we preach. We are proactive in learning and gaining understanding. We challenge conventional wisdom and embrace technologies that help us better serve our clients. And we believe that “fine” is an F-word in our industry.

About the Role

We are seeking an Underwriting & Service Manager to lead our underwriting and service functions as we scale toward our next stage of growth.

This person will own the entire underwriting and service operation - the people, the process, and the standard. They'll manage and grow a team of client specialists, stay hands-on enough in the actual work to know it cold, and build the systems and documentation that let this function scale well past where it is today.

This is a leadership role from day one, not a promotion path you have to wait years for. You'll report directly to the Director of Operations and have real influence over how this team is built, trained, and compensated.

Responsibilities

Team Leadership

  • Manage and support our current team of client specialists
  • Recruit, interview, and help hire additional client specialists as the team grows
  • Train the existing team - and every future hire - on underwriting and service standards
  • Set clear expectations and hold the team accountable to them

Hands-On Underwriting & Service Work

  • Personally work applications end-to-end as needed - from submission through carrier underwriting to policy delivery and funding - so you know every stage of the process firsthand
  • Jump into service requests as needed and know how to resolve them well
  • Coordinate medical exams, labs, APS requests, and other underwriting requirements
  • Follow up with carriers consistently to keep cases moving

Process & Systems

  • Build and maintain the SOPs for our underwriting process, start to finish
  • Build and maintain the SOPs for our client service standards
  • Continuously improve how the team tracks, communicates, and resolves cases and service requests
  • Maintain accurate CRM notes, pipeline visibility, and reporting for leadership

Client & Coach Experience

  • Ensure clients experience a calm, proactive, well-communicated underwriting process - not a confusing or transactional one
  • Partner closely with coaches to keep them informed and their clients prepared
  • Be the point person when a case or service issue needs experienced judgment

What We're Looking For

We care far more about ownership, leadership instinct, and coachability than a prior title. That said, this role does require real underwriting/insurance operations knowledge - this isn't an entry point into the industry.

The ideal candidate:

  • has hands-on experience with life insurance underwriting, applications, or case management
  • has led, trained, or mentored other people before - formally or informally
  • is highly organized and can manage multiple cases and people at once without dropping things
  • is calm under pressure and doesn't get rattled when a case gets complicated
  • communicates clearly and confidently with clients, coaches, and carriers alike
  • takes ownership of outcomes rather than waiting to be told what to do
  • can build a process from scratch, document it, and teach it to others
  • is looking for a role that grows in scope and responsibility as the company grows

Requirements

  • Prior experience in life insurance underwriting, case management, or a related operations role
  • Experience training, leading, or mentoring others
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Reliable high-speed internet and home office setup
  • Comfortable working remotely and independently
  • Available a minimum of 20 hours per week during core Central Time business hours, with room to grow toward full-time as the team and workload scale
  • Comfortable on Zoom and in a collaborative remote environment
  • Proficiency with technology and ability to learn new systems quickly
  • Experience with any of the following is a plus: HubSpot, Slack, Outlook, Monday.com, Dropbox, insurance carrier portals

No insurance license is required for this role.

Compensation

Competitive base salary plus a performance-based bonus tied to underwriting and service efficiency. Total compensation will vary based on experience and performance.

Perks & Culture

  • Fully remote position with real leadership impact
  • A seat at the table as we scale toward major company growth goals
  • Meaningful, mission-driven work
  • Strong team culture and support
  • Access to company educational resources and training
  • Significant opportunity for long-term growth as the company scales

Application Process

Applications for this role will be submitted through our Workable hiring platform.

To be considered for this position, please submit a current resume.

We are looking for someone who genuinely cares about serving others, leads by example, takes ownership, and wants to build something meaningful with a mission-driven organization.
