By working at Wealthfront, you get to work at a company that doesn't require you to justify the unjustifiable, like high fees and actions that may not be in your best interest, because at Wealthfront, we put our clients' interests first.\nResponsibilities:\nProvide exceptional customer service through email and phone communication\nHelp our clients use our product better through online tools and resources\nWork with our operations teams to resolve client issues\nBe the voice of the customer by noticing and highlighting action items needed to improve the customer experience and delight our clients\nAssess client information and approve fund transfers\nAssist clients in understanding asset allocation and explain investment risk profiles\nAssist clients in understanding and analyzing the performance of their investments, and the potential impacts of client risk decisions.\nRequirements:\nBachelor’s degree;
