If our systems are quiet, they are healthy.\nIf you are drawn to being an engineer within such an environment, and having outsized impact as an engineer at a magnitude that is only available within a company achieving greatness at our size (~350 employees, half in engineering), then we want to hear from you!\nAs a core member of the team, you will:\nBuild a premier native iOS application\nTake ownership of large, complex projects from ideation through execution and delivery.\nCollaborate with product, design, and engineering leadership to shape the roadmap and deliver a seamless and delightful user experience.\nWork with frontend and backend engineers to design, build and test reusable REST APIs\nDesign and build high-quality infrastructure; making the right tradeoffs for risk and long-term maintainability\nGet an opportunity to work with leadership to define the team's priorities and initiatives\nWork independently, use available resources to get unblocked, and complete tasks on schedule by exercising strong judgment and problem-solving skills\nProvide technical guidance and mentorship to peers\nEnsure our iOS app and iOS CI systems operate smoothly in production by triaging and resolving operational issues as part of a team of on-call engineers\nThis role could be a fit if you have:\n2 -
