The ideal candidate will excel in problem-solving, dashboard creation, and effective communication across all levels of the organization.\nIn this role, you’ll have the opportunity to:\nDevelop comprehensive financial analytics and reports to support regulatory compliance and strategic decision-making.\n\nLeverage Internal Systems and Kyriba Treasury Management System to extract, analyze, and report on treasury data, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of deliverables.\n\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams (including Product, Engineering, Data Science, and Finance) and use in house AI tools to optimize workflows and drive project success.\n\nDesign, build, and refine intuitive, data-driven dashboards that provide actionable insights for various stakeholders.\n\nMaintain or develop multiple reporting deliverables with varying frequencies, managing stakeholder expectations and ensuring consistent quality standards.\n\nSupport the team on complex projects within Treasury Cash and Collateral Management, facilitating communication and problem-solving across teams.\n\nConduct in-depth analysis using SQL and other tools to inform critical business decisions related to Treasury operations and strategy.\n\nIdentify and implement process improvements that enhance efficiency and accuracy in financial reporting and analysis.\n\nTranslate business requirements into technical reporting solutions, working closely with IT and data teams to optimize report performance.\n\nWhat You'll Bring:\nRelevant experience: Demonstrated success in Treasury and financial operations, banking and payments, or other operations roles in related fields.\n\nReport Management: Proven experience overseeing end-to-end report lifecycle management, from requirements gathering to delivery. Ability to manage multiple reporting deliverables with varying frequencies and stakeholder groups, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.\n\nTreasury Systems Expertise: 2+ years of hands-on experience with Kyriba Treasury Management System, including report configuration, data extraction, and workflow optimization.\n\nOrganization & planning: Plans, organizes, and schedules in a productive manner, allowing for a focus on key priorities and regular updates\n\nCollaboration: Excellent interpersonal skills and willingness to work in collaboration with various team members\n\nStrong written and verbal communication: Speaks plainly and truthfully. Communicates complex ideas in a simple & easy-to-understand way for any audience (e.g. engineering, 3rd party vendors, growth/operational teams, executive team)\n\nProblem solving: If something seems off, you want to figure out what's going on; you enjoy navigating uncertainty, bringing clarity to ambiguity and don't wait for a playbook to be written\n\nProactive & Action Oriented: Acts without being told what to do; taking full ownership of work, and proactively seeks help and input when needed to provide well supported solutions\n\nEfficiency: Ability to produce significant output with minimum wasted effort; finds the path of least resistance to the problem definition, solution and execution\n\nHonesty/integrity: Doesn't cut corners; does what is right, not what is politically expedient\n\nData & analytics: Has a strong proficiency in SQL, and a history of using data to answer complex problems.
