User Engagement & Rapid Prototyping\n« Engage directly with users and stakeholders to capture and validate requirements.\n« Use Al-assisted rapid prototyping to refine requirements and develop solutions collaboratively.\n« Translate validated requirements into actionable development tasks.\n2. Al-First Engineering & Technical Leadership\n« Support a focused development team through an Al- assisted SDLC.\nDrive Al adoption across coding, testing, deployment, documentation, and software maintenance.\n« Ensure appropriate human validation of Al-generated outputs and adherence to engineering standards.\n3. Architecture & Technology\n« Design and govern application architecture, including microservices, APIs, cloud infrastructure and integrations.\n« Evaluate and recommend technologies while ensuring scalability, security, maintainability, and cost efficiency.\n4. Security, Quality & DevOps\n« Ensure compliance with security, governance and software development standards.\nOversee CI/CD, automated testing, observability, deployment and production reliability.\n5. Delivery & Collaboration\n« Ensure high-quality, predictable delivery through Agile- based development.\nCollaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders to align technical solutions with business needs.\n6. Documentation & Continuous Improvement\n« Maintain architecture documentation, technical decisions, and API specifications.\n« Continuously improve Al-assisted engineering practices, delivery efficiency, and solution quality.\n\nSkills and Qualifications\n\nQualifications\n\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.\n\n8+ years of experience in software engineering, application architecture, or technology leadership.\n\nProven experience in designing and delivering enterprise-grade, scalable software solutions.\n\nExperience leading engineering teams and managing end-to-end software delivery.\n\nProfessional experience with Al-assisted software development and modern engineering practices.\n\nTechnical Skills\n\nStrong expertise in Al-first SOLC and Al-assisted software engineering.\nApplication architecture, including microservices, APIs, cloud infrastructure, and system integrations.\n\nSoftware development, code review, automated testing, and quality assurance.\n\nCI/CD, DevOps, deployment automation, observability, and production reliability.\n\nApplication security, secure coding practices, and engineering
