This position is responsible for installing, troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining production and facility equipment to support site goals, uptime, and safety standards.\nThis is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys problem-solving, teamwork, and working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.\nAt this time we havetwo open positions, one for3rd Shiftanda second personwho would be willing tofloat between all three shifts.\nOur hours of operation are:\n1st Shift - 7 AM- 3 PM - Monday - Friday\n2nd Shift - 3PM - 11 PM - Monday - Friday\n3rd Shift - 11 PM - 7 AM - Sunday - Thursday\n\n What You'll Be Doing\nMaintenance & Troubleshooting\nPerform mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic troubleshooting and repairs\nDiagnose equipment issues, replace or repair parts, test, and adjust as needed\nInstall electric motors and perform basic VFD programming\nTroubleshoot control circuits and production equipment\nPerform preventive and scheduled maintenance on machines and facility equipment\n\nSafety & Communication\nComplete all work orders safely and in accordance with IPC processes\nDetect and report faulty operations, defective materials, or unsafe conditions\nMaintain open communication with supervisors, maintenance team members, and plant leadership\nSupport maintenance technicians across all shifts as needed\n\nOperational Support\nRespond to emergency and unscheduled equipment repairs during production\nTrack spare parts usage and assist with inventory management\nWork within established schedules and production requirement\nPerform other duties as assigned to support plant operations\n\nWho You Are\nYou have experience in an industrial or manufacturing maintenance environment preferred\nYou have strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills\nYou are familiar with manufacturing safety practices and procedures\nYou have the ability to use hand tools and specialized maintenance tools\nYou have strong communication and teamwork skills\nYou are detail-oriented with solid problem-solving and time management abilities\nYou are willing to work assigned shifts and support operational need\nWhat You'll Get\nFull-time, stable employment\nOpportunity to grow skills and advance within IPC\nPeople-first culture built on Attitude, Respect, and Effort\nFull benefits package, including:\n401(k) with 4% company match\nHealth, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance\nHealth Savings Account (HSA)\nPaid Time Off and Paid Holidays\nReferral Bonus Available\n\nReady to Join a Great TEAM?*\nIf you’re ready to take the next step in your maintenance career and be part of a team that values safety, teamwork, and growth -
